Mineral:Dravite-Schorl Tourmaline fans
Locality:Mount Grace, Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts
Description:Lustrous slender black tourmaline crystals in fan-shaped groups of radiating crystals in fine-grained schist. References disagree about whether this is dravite or schorl tourmaline. I suggest they should be labeled dravite-schorl to be safe. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection #370, collected in the 70s.
